If for any reason you have a refund or transfer request, please let us know and we will be more than happy to forward your request to the organiser of the event. Afterwhich it is at the event organisers discression whether or not to make the refund..

On occasions ChilliTickets may be in a position to refund/offer an exchange to a customer post investigation into a specific refund request. As such, there can be no order cancellations made.

However in general all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
